Blue Hawaii Builders is our newly expanded Construction side. This enables us to be a Design Build Company.
The benefit to you the Homeowner, is that we can see the project through from start to finish. This means that we can value engineer the project to suit your budget helping to avoid cost overruns as well as being able to see from the start how far your budget can stretch, prior to developing the construction drawings and entering the permitting process.
This also means that we will be able to keep Quality Control to insure that the finished product is equal to, or better then, the project we designed and permitted.
